The acceptance of any quotation submitted by Pure Property Group, Pure Property Care, Pure Basement Systems or Pure All Trades which are all trading names of Pure Property Care Ltd or Pure Healthy Homes or Pure Cleaning Services which are both trading names of Pure Healthy Homes Ltd (“the Company”) shall incorporate acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and on any Special Conditions specified in the quotation. Any conditions proposed by the client shall, except in so far as they confirm these Terms and Conditions, be expressly excluded.
